The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca) is a public university in Cluj-Napoca.
The university was founded in 1948, based on the older Industry College from 1920, and is the second largest university of Cluj-Napoca. The university has several buildings spread across the city, with the main administrative building being located on Strada Memorandumului 28.
