The Priest Chițu Church (Biserica Popa Chițu), officially the Saint Gregory the Theologian, Saint Spiridon, Popa Chițu Church (Biserica Sfântul Grigore Teologul, Sfântul Spiridon, Popa Chițu), is a Romanian Orthodox church in central Bucharest.
Before the church was built there was another church in its place. It was built between 1789-1791 and destroyed by the earthquake of 1802. The current church was built by the priest Grigore Chițu in 1813 and initially only had one spire above the nave. In 1879 the church was renovated by the priest Ion Niculescu who added a second spire above the entrance. After the church fell into disrepair, it was extensively renovated between 1935 and 1940. Between 1975 and 1980 an extensive renovation of the interior took place.
