The Rimanóczy Palace (Palatul Rimanóczy) is an eclectic building and a historical monument on the corner of Republic Avenue and Trajan Park in Oradea, Bihor County.
The Rimanóczy Palace dates back to 1905 and was constructed by its owner Kálmán Rimanóczy sr. after the design by his son Kálmán Rimanóczy jr. The new construction was built on the site of an old house owned by the Rimanóczy family. Its design is based on the famous Cá d’Oro in Venice, which was also built by a father-son architect couple in the 15th century.
The building has an eclectic style but is richly decorated by Venetian Gothic art, which combines Byzantine and Moorish elements. Its ground floor has a high ceiling and was meant for commercial purposes, while apartments were created on the upper floors.
