Stern Palace (Palatul Stern) is a historic monument on the corner of Republic Avenue and Strada Mihai Eminescu in Oradea, Bihor County.
The Stern Palace was constructed between 1904 and 1905 following the plans of the architects Marcell Komor and Dezső Jakab, who also designed the Black Eagle Palace. The owner was the chemist Miklós Stern who had bought the plot in 1904 for 82,600 crowns.
The building has a Secession style with strong influences of the Art Nouveau style of Ödön Lechner, which comprises Hungarian folk art decorations. The building has a massive corner tower and overhanging eaves supported by carved wooden beams. It is one of the most remarkable architectural landmarks on Republic Avenue, the pedestrian artery of the historic city.
