The Cuculis House (Casa Cuculis) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. It was built in 1910 for merchant I. E. Abramoglu to plans by architect Christo V. Sotiriu, although the building later became known under the Cuculis name.
The original house had a semi-basement, ground floor and upper floor, with a covered pavilion extending across much of the roof and a tower-like section beside it. After the First World War, the property was bought by Despina Courcoulas and rented to the Italian shipping company Lloyd Triestino. Part of the building was raised by an additional storey during the interwar period, when the façade in that section was also substantially altered.
