The Sava Șomănescu House (Casa Sava Șomănescu) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. Construction began in 1909 for Sava Șomănescu, a wealthy landowner who also served as president of the Romanian Agrarian Society.
The house has an eclectic design dominated by Rococo decoration, with additional Art Nouveau elements. Its asymmetrical façade is formed by three projecting sections, while the windows vary in shape rather than following a repeated pattern. The side entrance is especially richly decorated, and the roofline includes Rococo dormers with ornamental detailing.
