The Nicolae Pilescu House (Casa Nicolae Pilescu) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. It was built in 1903 for Dr. Nicolae Pilescu, who served as the city’s municipal physician.
The two-level house combines neoclassical, Rococo and Art Nouveau elements in an asymmetrical design. The façade has four tripartite openings with flattened arches, decorated with garlands, voussoirs and volutes, while the upper floor opens onto balconies supported by brackets and finished with elaborate ironwork.
The building later became the headquarters of the Bank of Grain Merchants and is now used as the archiepiscopal residence.
