The Gheorghe Zottu House (Casa Gheorghe Zottu) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. It was built between 1898 and 1904 for Gheorghe Zottu, a lawyer who became president of the Constanța Tribunal in 1895.
The 14-room house has a semi-basement, ground floor and upper floor, with two façades meeting at a rounded corner and a projecting bow window above. Its eclectic design combines neoclassical elements with richer Rococo decoration around the windows.
From 1928 to 1933, the building housed the Honorary Consulate of Latvia in Constanța, headed by grain merchant Sterie Dalla. It later became the headquarters of the Astra Română insurance company, which remained here until the building was nationalized in 1948.
