The Ion Pâslă House (Casa Ion Pâslă) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. It was built between 1902 and 1904 for engineer Ion Pâslă, who served as inspector general of the Port of Constanța.
Pâslă worked with Anghel Saligny on the King Carol I Bridge at Cernavodă and later on the modernization of Constanța’s port, while the design of his house was inspired by Saligny’s projects. The building is an early example of Neo-Romanian architecture in Constanța, combining Brâncovenesc and Romanesque elements in a three-part façade with a raised central pavilion, exposed-brick bands and projecting sections supported by decorative brackets.
