The Former Curtea de Argeș City Hall (Primăria Veche din Curtea de Argeș) is a historic municipal building constructed in 1902, opposite the Princely Court in the center of Curtea de Argeș. The single-story building has a modest, elongated façade beneath a hipped roof, contrasting with the larger civic buildings constructed in many Romanian towns during the same period.
Originally used for the town’s administration, the building later became the first permanent home of the Curtea de Argeș Municipal Museum, which opened here in 1969. The museum occupied the premises until 1984, when its collections were transferred to the former town hospital nearby. The building subsequently passed into other uses, including medical services.
