The Ion Bârzănescu House (Casa Ion Bârzănescu) is a historic residence on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta in the historic peninsula of Constanța. It was built between 1900 and 1904 for Ion Bârzănescu, an inspector of the Port of Constanța, and was later occupied by engineer Zahariade, who supervised works in the port.
The house combines Art Nouveau with a neoclassical structure, Baroque elements and Secession details. A rosette and exposed-brick decoration mark the entrance, while a circular frieze runs across the lower part of the façade. The upper level is dominated by a metal balcony supported on four massive consoles, with further exposed-brick decoration beneath the cornice.
