The Former Romanian Credit Bank (Fosta Bancă de Credit Român) is a historic bank building in the old center of Constanța, dating from the second half of the 1920s.
The large Neo-Romanian building has a semicircular form adapted to its corner site, with a generous ground floor and two upper floors. Arcades, tall windows, columns and projecting balconies give the façades much of their character, while decorative ironwork survives around the entrance.
Originally built for the Romanian Credit Bank, the building was nationalized during the communist period and later used by the state-owned Investment Bank. After 1989, it became a branch of the Romanian Development Bank, later BRD.
