The Brașov City Hall (Primaria Brașov) is the building of the municipality of Brașov, located next to the Nicolae Titulescu Park.
It was built in 1898 as a Treasury Hall and has three stories. The building combines Neo-Baroque and Art Nouveau styles, depicting the strong influence of the Austro-Hungarian Imperial style. The beautiful building has hexagonal-shaped towers on its corners and a clock above the main entrance.
In front of the Brașov City Hall stands a bronze statue of the Capitoline Wolf (Lupa Capitolina). The replica of the famous statue in Rome symbolizes the Latin origin of Romania. The statue depicts a scene from the legend of the founding of Rome, with a she-wolf with two suckling children, Romulus and Remus.
