The Kolozsváry House (Casa Kolozsváry) is a historical building on King Ferdinand I Square, on the corner of Republic Avenue and Strada Iosif Vulcan in Oradea, Bihor County.
The Kolozsváry House was built between 1910 and 1912 to replace an old house. The building was designed by the architect Ferenc Sztarill, who also built the Poynár House and the Sztarill Palace around the same square.
The owner of the building was the jeweler Sándor Kolozsváry, whose family had been running the first jewelry store in Oradea since 1792. The ground floor of the new building became the new jewelry store and a fashion salon was located in the mezzanine. Large, luxury apartments were created on the upper floors of the building. On the facade facing the square, between the second and third floor, you can see the coat of arms of the Kolozsváry family, who gained nobility in the 18th century.
