The Church of Saint Nicholas of Vlădica (Biserica Sfantul Nicolae din Vlădica) is a Romanian Orthodox church at the foot of the Metropolitan Hill in central Bucharest.
The Church of Saint Nicholas is named after an 18th-century church with the same name, that stood in a slum called Vlădica. Today, the site of the old church has been marked by a stone cross in the yard of a house on Queen Elisabeth Boulevard. On the site of the current church also stood an older church (Church of Saint Nicholas of Prund) and at the end of the 19th century both churches were in an advanced state of decay beyond repair.
Due to a lack of funds, in 1901 it was decided to merge the two churches and build one new Church of Saint Nicolas of Vlădica. The church was designed by the Belgian architect Eduard Leboeuf and after its completion it was inaugurated on 7 November 1904. The church has a neo-Byzantine style with a flattened hemispherical dome covering the square-shaped pronaos. The paintings have a renaissance style and are the work of the painters Eugeniu Voinescu and DR Girolamo.
