Constanța International Airport – Mihail Kogălniceanu (Aeroportul International Constanța – Mihail Kogălniceanu) is a small international airport serving the city of Constanța near the Black Sea in the historic region of Dobrogea. The airport as well as the commune in which it is located are named after Mihail Kogălniceanu, the third Prime Minister of Romania.
