Getting To Vaslui

Vaslui is located in eastern Romania and can best be reached by car, train, or bus.

• By air: Vaslui doesn’t have an airport. The nearest airports are in Bacău, and Iași.
• By car: The most comfortable way to reach Vaslui is by car, which is about 65 kilometers from Iași, 85 kilometers from Bacău, and 320 kilometers from the capital Bucharest. Car rental is available at all airports and in most cities in Romania.
• By train: Vaslui Train Station is located south of the city and has direct and indirect train connections to many cities in Romania.
• By bus: Vaslui Bus Station is located close to the train station in the south and is serviced by both urban city buses and intercity buses and mini buses to nearby towns and other cities in Romania.

Getting Around In Vaslui

Vaslui is not a large city and most sights are located in and around the center and can easily be visited by foot. There is also an urban bus system with several lines connecting the different parts of the city, including the train and bus stations.
