Progresul Market (Piața Progresul) is an indoor market hall in the Giurgiului neighborhood in southern Bucharest. The market can be reached by tram via the ‘Piața Progresul’ tram stop in front of the hall.
The market hall was redeveloped in 2013 to include modern facilities and offers stalls with vegetables, fruit, dairy products, meat, and other local produce. The hall also houses a few shops facing the street, including a bakery, a kiosk, a pharmacy, and a fast-food restaurant
