The first step is to download and install the Splash app on your mobile phone via the Apple or Google Play store. The next step is to create an account and add a payment method. Once your account is set up you can search in the app for all available scooters nearby, book one, unlock it with the app, and ride off. Once finished you can park it anywhere within the serviced area (as shown on the map in the app) and lock it. Your card will be automatically charged for the time used, which is counted per minute, plus an unlocking fee.
